Job summary

The State of Michigan, Department of Technology, Management and Budget, is seeking an IT Development Manager to lead first-line IT development oversight within the Agency Services area supporting DHHS Eligibility. You will oversee projects across Salesforce, IBM Middleware, AWS, Google Cloud, and React solutions on OpenShift, providing technical governance and delivery leadership.

The position offers a hybrid work option with two days on-site in Lansing and three days remote per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with not less than 21 semester (32 term) credits in one or a combination of the following: computer science, data processing, computer information systems, datacommunications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, information assurance, IT project management or mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Three years of professional IT experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure, Programmer/Analyst or IT Project Coordinator P11 or one year equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure, Programmer/Analyst or IT Project Coordinator 12.
• Three years of experience as a computer programming supervisor or Information Technology Supervisor may be substituted for the education and experience.
