Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the technical and application support lead for HRIS (UKG), including resolving system issues, designing new functionalities, evaluating new capabilities, and improving processes to enhance platform efficiency.
  2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze teammate data, aiding business leaders and HR Business Partners in decision-making.
  3. Evaluate application effectiveness and recommend design and configuration changes to meet evolving business needs.
  4. Lead issue resolution teams and communicate effectively with users regarding system issues.
  5. Act as the primary liaison to UKG support and/or consultants for system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
  6. Coordinate with internal IT support for security, integrations, and system updates.
  7. Oversee the creation and maintenance of user guides, guidelines, and HRIS documentation.
  8. Maintain optimal HRIS functionality, including installation, customization, and upgrades.
  9. Manage user permissions and access security settings.
  10. Test upgrades and system enhancements to ensure security, data integrity, and functionality.
  11. Provide training on HRIS functionalities to HR team, leaders, and employees.
  12. Document system processes and procedures.
  13. Ensure HRIS compliance with laws and regulations, including timely federal and state reporting.
  14. Stay informed about HR technology trends and recommend updates.
  15. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  3. Deep expertise in UKG Pro.
  4. Experience with IBM Cognos and Workforce Dimensions.
  5. Support of a global workforce (US, LATAM, APAC, EMEA).
  6. Hands-on experience configuring HRIS to meet business requirements.
  7. Knowledge of HRIS data and integration architecture (APIs, reporting).
  8. Strong MS Excel skills; SQL experience preferred.
  9. Global user/system support experience is highly preferred.
  10. Experience with Cornerstone on Demand and UKG Pro Payroll is a plus.
  11. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and improve processes.
  12. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
