Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 years of professional experience in event-production with progressive responsibility.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of center events and convenings across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Develop event concepts with faculty and speakers for engaging programming.
• Oversee a $1.4M center event budget and financial planning.
• Coordinate with catering, facilities, IT/media services, security, and vendors.
• Develop systems, timelines, and project management tools for events.
• Lead meetings with faculty, speakers, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Produce run-of-show, briefing materials, and speaker content.
• Post-event follow-up, data collection, reporting, and distribution of recordings.
