Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• RN license active and unrestricted is required.
• CCM certification preferred.
• Experience building/managing provider or patient relationships is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide directional oversight to plans and align national multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and facilitate programs to drive clinical enhancements and a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, data analytics, quality and compliance to improve metrics.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve department goals.
• Maintain NCQA-related documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor team performance and implement process improvements.
