Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of RN or PT experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health services.
• Collaborate with intake to manage referrals and staffing.
• Oversee field & liaison staffing, scheduling, and on-call rotation.
• Monitor compliance with Medicare/agency guidelines and documentation.
• Manage staffing budget, overtime, and bonuses under direction of Administrator.
