Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Medicaid Value-Based Care Analytics to support value-based care negotiations and provider arrangements within Aetna. This role blends healthcare analytics with strategic insight to drive improvements in quality and cost.

In this position you will develop SQL queries, dashboards, and models; analyze provider and claims data; and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize Medicaid VBC programs and contract effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare analytics, finance, value-based care, provider contracting, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing and executing SQL analyses in BigQuery/SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Analyze provider, claims, financial, and operational data to support value-based care negotiations and new provider arrangements.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and models to evaluate performance.
• Support administration and management of value-based care agreements, including reconciliations and monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve provider performance and contract effectiveness.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
