Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Manager, System Interfaces to lead the design, deployment and maintenance of interface engines across clinical and administrative systems. You will collaborate with Ancillary and System Interfaces teams, EHR application groups, ERP teams, and external vendors to harmonize IT systems.

Qualifications

Experience with HL7, X12, FHIR, SOAP, REST interfaces.
Hands-on with InterSystems, Ensemble or Epic Bridges.
Experience in Healthcare setting and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

Leads interface design discussions and ensures alignment with business needs (healthcare focus).
Ensures robustness, security, scalability and fault-tolerance of interfaces.
Guides cross-functional issue resolution across the lifecycle.
Plans resources, prioritizes tasks, and allocates within the team.
Communicates project status between teams, organization and stakeholders.
Maintains telemetry, monitoring and alerting for potential issues.
Maintains documentation for deploying and maintaining interfaces.
Oversees application support and tracks progress of tasks and projects.
Troubleshoots incidents, performs root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Promotes cross-training and career development for team members.
Participates in hiring, performance reviews and related actions.
