Qualifications

• 5–6 years in digital marketing with agency experience in healthcare or pharma.
• 3+ years of team management leading small groups and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience launching healthcare products or campaigns with multi‑channel initiatives.
• Fluency with regulatory submission processes and compliance.
• Strong presentation, communication, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations, ensuring quality standards and on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate among multi‑disciplinary teams (digital, strategy, medical, creative, etc.).
• Develop social/digital materials, ads, websites, brochures, and congress materials.
• Build client and partner agency relationships and maintain status docs.
• Manage regulatory submissions and consolidate feedback for implementation.
• Support leadership in budgeting and financial management.
