Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States, Colorado seeks a senior Go-To-Market (GTM) leader to design and lead enterprise SaaS growth initiatives, architect the mid-to-long-term GTM evolution, and design AI-driven GTM motions.

You will establish KPI diagnostics, build robust data models and experimentation frameworks, craft executive-level narratives, and assess market and competitive landscapes to scale global GTM programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS GTM strategy.
• 5+ years proven record of taking a GTM strategy from design to pilot to global scale.
• 8+ years hands-on experience with GTM and data platforms/tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Snowflake, Sigma)
• Experience designing or operationalizing AI-driven workflows for GTM use cases is strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of strategic and operational dependencies across GTM functions
