About the Role

We are seeking a highly energetic, quick-learning, and problem-solving Senior Manager of Growth & Marketing Operations with a proven track record of success in startup environments. This individual will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our marketing systems, processes, and performance across digital channels and operations. This role is part of the Xage Marketing organization, reporting to the CMO.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and brings deep expertise in marketing automation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry is a strong plus.

This role will play a critical part in building, managing, and evolving our marketing tech stack, streamlining campaign and lead lifecycle processes, and enhancing performance reporting to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Strategy & Execution

  • Own and continuously improve the marketing technology stack (HubSpot, 6Sense, BrightTALK, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Operationalize and integrate tools to support ongoing demand generation programs.
  • Establish and enforce data standards to enable accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across marketing initiatives.
  • Define and maintain lead scoring and MQL qualification criteria in collaboration with marketing, sales, and BDR teams.

Campaign Execution & Performance Monitoring

  • Support demand generation programs by setting up tracking and reporting infrastructure across tradeshows & events, webinars, paid as well as owned/earned digital channels.
  • Own campaign attribution, including tracking of influenced vs. triggered opportunities.
  • Leverage HubSpot Campaigns and automation workflows to drive efficiencies and engagement.
  • Operationalize ABM programs by supporting integrations between 6Sense and HubSpot.
  • Partner with paid media agencies to manage and report on digital advertising performance (Google PPC, LinkedIn).

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage website tracking initiatives, including implementation of chat/conversational marketing tools.
  • Own and optimize all HubSpot landing pages and lead gen forms.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization projects in partnership with the broader marketing team.
  • Drive automation and email nurture strategies that accelerate lead-to-MQL conversion.

BDR and Sales Ops Collaboration

  • Support BDR and sales team activities to enhance vertical marketing strategies and ABM execution.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to improve lead routing, rep assignment, sales alerts, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Contribute to weekly BDR enablement & deal reviews as well as improve speed-to-lead processes to ensure prompt follow-up on marketing-generated leads.

Analytics, Reporting, and Forecasting

  • Review and enhance HubSpot dashboards for visibility into full-funnel marketing performance (MoM, QoQ, YoY).
  • Provide insights during weekly demand generation meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Deliver lead volume and budget forecasts to support planning and campaign strategy.
  • Analyze performance data to inform program pivots and future investment decisions.
Skills / Experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing operations and/or digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments.
  • Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and related digital tools (Salesloft, 6Sense, ZoomInfo).
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign attribution and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration within marketing as well as with the sales team and external vendors.
  • Expertise in lead management processes, lead scoring models, and marketing-sales handoff best practices.
  • Experience implementing ABM strategies and supporting SDR teams through tooling and process enablement.
  • Experience with website optimization tools and conversational marketing platforms.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
