As the Growth Manager, you are tasked with leading the growth strategy, focusing on driving acquisition and enhancing revenue while managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Costs, Lifetime Value, and Return On Ad Spend. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic foresight, analytical depth, and exceptional performance management skills.
Direct day-to-day operations across both paid and organic growth channels, implementing campaign management and data-driven optimizations to continuously improve performance.
