As the Growth Manager, you are tasked with leading the growth strategy, focusing on driving acquisition and enhancing revenue while managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Costs, Lifetime Value, and Return On Ad Spend. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic foresight, analytical depth, and exceptional performance management skills.

Direct day-to-day operations across both paid and organic growth channels, implementing campaign management and data-driven optimizations to continuously improve performance.

  • Strategic Impact

Shape and drive long-term growth strategies that align with Sequencing’s broader business ambitions, fostering innovation and market penetration.

  • Develop forward-thinking growth strategies and forecasts that align with and propel the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Lead impactful cross-functional projects to boost organizational efficiency and market presence.
  • Pilot innovative market entry tactics to tap into new revenue streams and expand brand presence.

Responsibilities:

Complete Ownership Of Growth KPIs

  • Think and plan independently to achieve goals using all the resources available, including resources managed by other stakeholders.
  • Cultivate an understanding of the relationships and tradeoffs between different metrics in order to identify ways to drive increases in revenue and margin goals.

Strategic Development + Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Lead production of customer insights driven creative to power breakthroughs in non intent driven channels like paid social (Meta/Facebook ads, Instagram, Tiktok).
  • Initiate, evaluate, and oversee all marketing opportunities, including paid (paid search, social, display advertising, affiliate programs).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and refine funnels and user journeys that elevate the customer experience and optimize conversion rates.

Analysis

  • Utilize existing dashboards and data tools to identify causes of changes in performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Champion A/B testing across platforms and campaigns to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to innovate and implement creative testing methodologies aimed at boosting conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing Growth focused mostly in-house and being accountable for Revenue Growth
  • Comfortable pursuing unconventional solutions to problems and taking an iterative approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable taking ownership of outcomes as well as inputs/deliverables
  • Deep experience in data analytics and paid media
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, with substantial experience in managing and scaling paid acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical acumen, with expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working both independently and as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.
