Job summary

REFORM Alliance in New York City is seeking a Senior Manager, Graphic Design to translate complex policy work into sharp visuals across social, web, and campaign collateral. This hands-on role focuses on execution, not just oversight, and collaborates with the Marketing & Communications team and executives.

You will design social graphics for Instagram, X, Facebook, and emerging channels; update website pages; create one-sheets and decks; and produce infographics from research.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with nonprofit/advocacy exposure.
• Strong portfolio spanning social graphics, presentation design, marketing collateral, and brand‑consistent work.
• Comfort with light motion graphics and basic video post‑production (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Some website design experience with WordPress or Squarespace.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear infographics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Nonprofit/mission‑driven experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design social graphics for campaigns and multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Support website design and update web pages and campaign microsites.
• Create marketing collateral like one‑sheets and decks and infographics.
• Build decks for board meetings and donor conversations; manage quick turnarounds.
• Produce light motion graphics and basic video edits for social content.
• Maintain and evolve REFORM Alliance's brand identity across assets.
