Job summary

Endeavor Global, Inc. is seeking a design intern to create social graphics across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including posts, carousels, stories, and covers.

You’ll edit vertical videos from founder interviews and events and translate research into clear graphics, working with the MarComm team in New York. You’ll also help Elsewhere adapt editorial features for social, build promo assets for events, and localize templates for other markets.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program, or self-taught with the work to back it up.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Some experience editing video. After Effects, Premiere, and CapCut all count. Comfortable cutting a vertical video that holds attention.
• Strong instincts for type and layout, and the ability to explain your choices
• A current, working sense of how these platforms actually look and behave
• Openness to feedback and a habit of coming back with options
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.

Responsibilities

• Design social graphics across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok: posts, carousels, stories, and covers
• Edit and caption short vertical video from founder interviews, event footage, and panel recordings
• Turn research findings and impact data into clear, readable graphics
• Build promo assets for Endeavor events and campaign moments
• Support Elsewhere, social adaptations of editorial features, and production help on the print magazine
• Adapt templates so teams in other markets can localize them
• Bring ideas to weekly content planning and take the ones we pick from sketch to publish
