You will lead concept development, mentor designers, and collaborate with leadership to translate our programs into visual narratives across social, web, and print, ensuring quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
• Figma expertise.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Portfolio required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and execution for campaigns and initiatives.
• Applies foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Designs for digital platforms including social media and web
• Direct and review design work for quality and consistency.
• Translate strategy into visual narratives.
• Establish and refine standards, templates, and systems.
• Mentor designers and guide creative direction.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee complex projects and vendor coordination.
• Improve workflows and scalability.
• Demonstrates commitment to the mission of Mentor A Promise and the communities it uses.
