THE·TEAM is seeking a motivated professional to join the Golf Consulting team to lead and support client accounts, conduct research, prepare client reports, and manage timelines and budgets. You will collaborate on strategy, program development, and partnership execution, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in sports/entertainment, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience in sports/entertainment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead in client service, partnership management, and relationship development.
• Conduct research and analyze demographics to inform strategies.
• Develop strategies, programs, and insights for long‑term client projects.
• Provide daily status updates and manage expectations for agreements and next steps.
• Create decks and reports for partner programs and client pitches.
• Coordinate client and company programs via email, calls, and meetings.
• Take ownership of specific partnership elements while knowing the whole program.
• Support team with research, reports, and material editing as needed.
• Understand client offerings and eloquently present to potential partners.
• Maintain positive client relationships to spur new and repeat business.
• Plan and execute event logistics for engagements and programs.
• Generate client reports to support Golf Consulting Group.

Job Overview:

THE·TEAM is looking for a motivated individual to join the Golf Consulting team. The role will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and support to various client accounts and assisting leadership with research, client reports and presentations, client services, hospitality programs, project coordination, and implementation of timelines and budgets. Responds to client needs and requests and is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Assists and at times leads in client service, partnership management, general relationship development, and project coordination.
• Performs research and analysis of various demographics and statistics to help inform strategies and initiatives.
• Works on strategies, programs and insights for long-term client projects.
• Provides daily updates to the team on the status of ongoing partnerships and helps manage expectations for agreements and next steps.
• Works creatively with team members to develop and execute deck creation, and report materials.
• Coordinates client and company programs through various tools email, phone calls, and conference calls.
• Able to take ownership over specific partnership elements, while maintaining full knowledge of partnership in its entirety.
• Performs various tasks as needed by internal team members such as research, reports, daily updates, editing of materials, etc.
• Stays up to date on client product / service offering and is able to thoughtfully present to potential partners.
• Maintains positive relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
• Handles event logistics planning, implementation, and execution.
• Creates various reports to support clients and the Golf Consulting Group.
• Ability to take on specialized roles or projects to assist the team such as working directly with third party vendors and partner agencies to execute client programs.
• Work with team members to liaise with partners and provide materials necessary for partnership execution.
• Part of new client pitches and plays a role in responding to RFPs.
• Thinks daily about business development and new revenue opportunities with existing clients and potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree 4 – 6 years of relevant experience with up-to-date knowledge of the sports and entertainment industry with a working knowledge of what’s happening across culture today and into tomorrow; specific experience working in golf strategy and event/hospitality execution.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
• The ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Must be flexible and comfortable to assume multiple roles as needed by the team.
• Superior interpersonal skills and be able to create a rapport with people of all demographics.
• Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to think creatively in a team environment.
• Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances.
