You will guide front-line managers, oversee material flow between warehouse and manufacturing, and ensure readiness for startup and sustained production.

The role partners across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations, driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher with manufacturing leadership experience.
• Advanced degree plus years in GMP operations preferred.
• Strong track record in material handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Material Handling team for 24/7 GMP operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Drive end-to-end material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle, maintenance, and readiness.
• Lead inspections, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
