Job summary

Amgen North Carolina is seeking a Senior Associate to support the ANC2 facility expansion and startup program. You will assist in weigh and dispense of raw materials, material receiving, media and solution preparation, and equipment readiness to enable 24/7 manufacturing operations.

You will train staff, qualify processes, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance under cGMP. This full-time role involves shift work and close collaboration with multiple functional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years in manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree as outlined in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on operations including setup, cleaning, sanitization and equipment monitoring.
• Run and monitor critical process tasks per procedures and document results.
• Draft and revise SOPs, MPs and related documents with accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, F&E, PPIC, Mfg., Regulatory to support startup and operations.
