Responsibilities include guiding engineering teams, coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Automation, and ensuring regulatory adherence while driving continuous improvement in a GMP biopharma setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of GMP pharmaceutical operations support experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities under tight timelines.
• Experience leading technical teams and providing direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams with focus on right-first time quality.
• Support technology transfer and qualification studies for drug substance/product manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Automation to document and review technical work.
