Westchester Medical Center Health Network seeks a Manager of GME Professional Development to oversee the implementation of professional development and educational initiatives across the GME enterprise, including 50+ programs and 500+ trainees. The Manager of of GME Professional Development will be responsible for overseeing implementation of professional development and educational initiatives for the WMC Health GME enterprise, inclusive of over 50 programs and more than 500 trainees. The Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of educational programming. Key responsibilities include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, summarizing project status, and analyzing and presenting outcome data to the Director of GME Accreditation and DIO. Programming must be delivered within established timelines, aligned with objectives, and within budget. Responsibilities will include the implementation of educational programming for program directors and associate program directors, program faculty, and trainees. The Manager will be responsible for tracking participation and outcome measures and will partner with the Director of GME Accreditation and the DIO on strategic planning of professional development and educational programming and related scholarly activities.
