Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Manager, Adventures by Disney, to lead the Trip Operations team and related support functions in Celebration, FL. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional Guest experience across a global escorted travel portfolio.

You will oversee domestic and international trip logistics, manage supplier agreements, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives while driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in travel industry leading leaders and teams with accountability for performance and development.
• Experience directing global operations across multiple teams in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
• Ability to influence departmental plans, allocate resources, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Extensive domestic and international destination experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders within a matrixed organization.
• Experience managing budgets, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Strong negotiation and contractor/terms skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trip Operations and oversee operational teams and support functions.
• Oversee domestic and international trip logistics and develop itineraries, processes, and tools.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, RFPs, and program costing.
• Own operational financial performance including budgets and cost management.
• Develop departmental plans, priorities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Risk, Marketing, Call Centers, Finance, and other functions.
• Conduct reviews, site visits, and executive updates; manage travel risk and safety plans.
• Provide 24/7 on-call leadership and 24-hour emergency coverage.
