Job summary

Disney Cruise Line in Florida seeks a Senior Manager of Import Operations & Broker Management to lead Americas trade execution, ensure compliant, scalable import processes, and optimize broker performance. You will own end-to-end workflows, data integrity, and proactive clearance strategies across the region.

Responsibilities include managing brokers and service providers, enforcing SLAs/KPIs, and driving process improvements with cross-functional partners to safeguard compliance and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global trade ops or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. customs requirements.
• Experience managing brokers, forwards & service providers.
• Licensed Customs House Broker.
• Proven people leadership in ops/compliance contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day import operations across the Americas to ensure timely, compliant movement of goods.
• Direct entry processing workflows, validation cycles, post-entry corrections, and data accuracy.
• Establish proactive customs entry workflows with carriers/brokers to secure clearance prior to arrival.
• Serve as the operational escalation point for time-sensitive shipment issues and broker performance.
