The Walt Disney Company, through Adventures by Disney, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Trip Operations team for its global escorted travel programs based in Celebration, FL. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and guest experiences by guiding managers and partners across functions.

Responsibilities include international trip logistics, vendor negotiations, cost management, and strategic planning while ensuring safety and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of travel industry experience with leadership responsibility for multiple teams.
• Experience leading global operations across diverse stakeholders in a service environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Trip Operations and oversee associated teams and functions.
• Oversee domestic and international trip logistics and develop itineraries and processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, RFPs, and program costing.
• Own budgets, profitability, reconciliations, and cost management.
• Develop departmental plans and resources to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Risk Management, Marketing, Finance, and other areas.
