Ladders seeks a Senior Manager, Global Trade Technology Manager (Remote) to guide technology management in a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to interpret complex trade requirements, support policy implementation, and assess the operational impact of new regulations. Remote role with citizenship for government contracts and potential security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in global trade or advanced degree with 7+ years
• Strong knowledge of U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations
• U.S. citizenship required for government contracts
• Secret clearance preferred
• JCL3 Certification preferred

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Trade Technology Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will guide global trade technology management activities across a highly regulated defense environment. You will partner with stakeholders to interpret complex trade requirements, support policy implementation, and assess the operational impact of new regulations. The position also includes training, audit support, and the development of resources that help ensure compliant handling of jurisdiction and classification matters.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually
