BeOne Medicines USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain CMO Management & PM to manage global CMOs, drive productive partnerships, and support tech transfers and new market launches. You will coordinate with internal teams (CMC, QA, RA, S&O, Manufacturing) to ensure timely launches, compliance, and continuous improvement across supply networks.
The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, cost optimization, and governance development to sustain supply and enable high-quality product
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
- 7+ years' experience in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical CMC development, GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Experience with contract manufacturing, tech transfers, and QMS processes is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee global Contract Manufacturing partnerships and drive productivity.
- Coordinate with CMOs to meet deliverables and maintain supply.
- Lead new product introductions and market launches with cross-functional teams.
- Develop governance, templates, and KPIs for CMO management.
- Monitor milestones and cost variances; drive cost improvements.
