Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Supply Chain Capabilities, to own day-to-day operational support for SAP order management, logistics, and product serialization across Global Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain functions.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, GxP compliance knowledge, and the ability to manage ticket-driven workflows in a remote US-based environment. Collaboration with multiple functions and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Planning Support, Supply Chain Systems, or related capabilities in biotech/pharma.
• GxP systems knowledge and regulatory compliance experience within pharmaceutical operations.
• Strong SAP proficiency and ability to support ticket-driven global supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day operational support for SAP order management, logistics and distribution, transportation management, product serialization, and related supply chain applications.
• Monitor and support logistics processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and process continuity across Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain operations.
• Track workload, aging items, and service-level trends to support capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues, process exceptions, and integration gaps.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and system documentation for supported processes and tools.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for system updates and new features.
