Job summary

BeOne Medicines USA is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Chain Capabilities to oversee day-to-day system support across SAP order management, logistics, serialization, and related supply chain applications. This role is based in the United States and can be performed remotely, supporting both Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP-enabled supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of SAP order management, logistics, and transportation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
• Familiarity with GxP compliance in pharmaceutical operations.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Quality, Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary owner of day-to-day operational support for SAP order management, logistics and distribution, transportation management, product serialization, and related supply chain applications.
• Provide operational support for SAP-enabled supply chain processes, including order management, subcontracting, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory movements, and integration with Quality Management and Finance.
• Monitor logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely issue resolution and process continuity.
• Track workload metrics such as ticket volumes, aging items, resolution times, and service-level trends to support capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GTS, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial and Clinical Supply Chain) to resolve data issues and integration gaps.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and system documentation for all supported processes.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities for system updates and new features.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and root-cause analysis to inform process improvements and decision making.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency and compliance.
• Guide and support super users and end users with issue resolution and training.
