Job DescriptionThis role plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s compliance posture by integrating external regulatory insights with internal quality and audit data. This position serves as the strategic bridge between evolving global regulatory expectations and real-time internal performance signals, enabling proactive risk identification, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement. By providing clear, actionable intelligence, this position empowers cross-functional teams to stay ahead of compliance challenges, uphold regulatory standards, and protect patient safety across the product lifecycle.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is$117,068.00-$163,896.00/ year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this positionincluding: level of experience, working location, and relevanteducation and certifications.
