Vertiv Corporation in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Manager of Program Management for our Busbar and Switchgear Business. You will lead a team of project managers, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Field Services, and Finance to deliver on-time delivery and exceptional customer service for data center customers.

You will own project execution from scope to startup, manage costs, schedules, quality, and risks, and partner with global teams and executive leaders to implement Vertiv's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required; MBA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience delivering value projects to strategic customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Define project scope, plans and execution for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with PMO and cross-functional groups to develop execution plans.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality and risk; maintain KPI tracking.
• Escalate conflicts and ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
