Edwards is seeking a high-impact leader to manage a Supply Chain Production Planning team at our Irvine, CA site. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering and Sales to ensure the right product is produced and delivered on time, while shaping planning strategy for a rapidly expanding network.

• Bachelor’s degree with supply chain planning experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record in people management and projects.
• On-site presence required to lead teams and support operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee planning work delivering finished product to inventory and on-time delivery.
• Identify, validate, implement and improve planning processes such as S&OP, capacity planning.
• Lead strategic initiatives across value streams.
• Develop talent and align with department growth strategies.
• Identify risks and implement supply chain strategies with internal/external partners.
• Drive lean and Six Sigma culture in Production System (EPS).
