• Support supply chain activities and business outcomes through professional judgment.
• Collaborate across departments to assess needs and actions across plan, source, make and deliver, seeking to manage product flow including issues with some complexity.
• Assess global vendors for cost, quality, delivery, technical, and service capabilities to meet Edwards requirements; identify and resolve supply chain issues.
• Perform detailed analysis to improve supply chain operations.
• Participate in complex supply chain projects (e.g., new product introductions).
• Maintain SOPs and work instructions for applicable Supply Chain functions.
• Provide training to other Supply Chain team members.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
