Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Managed Services Advisory team in a hybrid role in Dallas/Frisco, TX. You will guide cross-functional teams through assessments, design, transitions, and steady-state operations, delivering strategic finance transformation for clients.

You will mentor teams, drive automation and data-driven insights, and shape future-state finance processes while collaborating with technology and digital teams to embed analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting.
• Knowledge of ERP, FP&A tools and AI technologies used in finance"
• Strong consulting and delivery experience across multi-stakeholder transformations.
• Experience with Private Equity portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-state Global Business Services (GBS) and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Assess maturity and develop transformation roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy and outcomes.
• Lead large-scale multi-process transformation programs with automation, analytics, AI, and RPA.
• Establish enterprise service management with SLAs/OLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive transitions and readiness across global delivery networks including change management.
• Partner with technology teams to embed data platforms and analytics into GBS operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor on complex finance and operational transformation engagements (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A).
• Design future-state finance processes and data models for consolidation, close, planning, and enterprise intelligence.
• Lead client engagements from workshops to steady state operations and improve client satisfaction.
• Mentor and grow junior/mid-level teams across global offices.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field

Eight (8)+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting

CPA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
