Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Manager for its Managed Services Advisory team to help clients transform finance and accounting functions. You will design operating models, streamline processes, and implement tech-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and controls.

In this role you will guide assessments, design, transitions, and steady-state operations while delivering financial expertise, leading cross-functional teams across Go-to-Market, Technology, Transition, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Eight (8)+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting.
• Proven expertise advising global organizations on GBS, shared services, outsourcing, and target operating model design.
• Knowledge of Finance systems tools including ERP, AI and FP&A tools.
• Experience with Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, and Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-state GBS and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs with automation, analytics, AI, and RPA to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Establish service management frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and financial/operational reporting.
• Drive transitions and knowledge transfer across global delivery networks with risk mitigation.
