Job summary

Baker Tilly US, a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Managed Services Advisory team in a hybrid work environment. You will guide clients through assessments, design and transitions of global finance operating models, leveraging automation and data analytics to improve controls and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Eight or more years of experience in finance transformation or management consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/FP&A tools and finance systems.
• Experience with global operating models and managed services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-state GBS and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy and value levers.
• Lead large multi-process transformation programs with automation and analytics.
• Establish service management frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive transitions, migrations and readiness across global networks.
• Embed data platforms and advanced analytics into finance operations.
• Advise on complex finance transformations including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A.
• Lead client engagements from workshops to delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior teams.
• Develop dashboards and data models using Power BI/Tableau/SQL.
