Job summary
Ford Energy is seeking a Senior Manager for Fulfillment & Logistics Operations to lead end-to-end supply chain performance across parts planning, warehousing, and outbound delivery. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 10+ years in aftermarket ops, service supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics.
- Proven track record leading managers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with large-scale operational or digital transformation initiatives.
- Executive-level communication and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Own fulfillment and logistics strategy across the value stream.
- Lead end-to-end spare parts planning, inventory and distribution.
- Own delivery performance from factory to customer and site.
- Deliver customer self-service access to parts availability and order status.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Sales to drive improvements.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma based improvements to reduce lead times and costs.
