• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in aftermarket operations, service supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics with leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale operational or digital transformation initiatives across multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the fulfillment and logistics strategy across the Project Operations & Performance value stream.
• Lead transformation from concept to measurable results, aligned with product creation & industrialization.
• Champion Voice of Customer and drive improvements in product, service, and fulfillment.
• Manage parts supply, inventory, warehousing, and outbound logistics end-to-end.
• Improve inventory velocity, reduce costs, and optimize the cash conversion cycle.
