Job summary

WME Group in Beverly Hills is seeking a Senior Manager, Entertainment Content Partnerships to join the EM&A team, shaping global co-promotional partnerships across film, series, and digital content.

You will lead end-to-end deal terms, source opportunities, manage on-set liaison, and guide brand clients through creative reviews, with 6–8 years in the field and a deep understanding of rights structures.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in entertainment brand partnerships and client services within a prominent entertainment studio, streamer, or network.
• Deep knowledge of brand partnership business models and rights structures for co-promotional partnerships and integrations.
• Working knowledge of the entertainment industry, theatrical landscape, and streaming ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day entertainment partnership expert for brand clients and execute co-promotional partnerships and integrations.
• Act as the primary agency contact for studios, networks, and production companies to source opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify upstream opportunities and support new initiatives.
• Build data-backed consideration sets of upcoming films/series aligning with brand criteria.
• Present POV proposals detailing strategic rationale for partnerships and cultural impact.
• Develop structured briefs rooted in marketing objectives, audiences, and KPIs.
• Draft deal terms, negotiate terms, and facilitate contract execution between brand and legal teams.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders through end-to-end campaign execution and schedules.
• Serve as on-set liaison during production shoots for integrations and campaigns.
• Develop relationship initiatives (seeding, gifting) with productions and writers rooms.
