Reynolds American is evolving into a global multi-category business. We are seeking a Senior Manager Corporate Security to lead security strategy and operations in Winston-Salem, NC. You will guide on-site security personnel, develop policies, and manage officers to protect people and assets.

The role includes risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide security programs, reporting to senior leadership with a strong emphasis on collaboration and incident management.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of security concepts and physical access control systems.
• Experience with access and camera security control systems.
• Background in investigations and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Protects employees, assets, products and value on premises.
• Develops security policies and procedures compliant with regulations.
• Manages contract security officers to meet security objectives.
• Plans and directs the security function under senior management.
• Directs on-site security personnel and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Develops and implements security policies, training and methods for safeguarding assets.
• Manages security projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Performs site security surveys and risk assessments.
