Job summary

Target is seeking a Global Supply Planning Senior Manager, Apparel, to shape upstream supply plans and activate inventory strategies across owned brands. You will influence vendor partners and cross-functional leaders to improve speed, reliability, and growth while aligning with merchant strategies.

The role requires strong data-driven decision making, collaboration with global teams, and the ability to manage complex supply challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years relevant sourcing, planning, inventory management, and/or supply planning experience.
• Strong strategic, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills demonstrating ability to work effectively with local and overseas partners.
• Flexibility, resiliency and nimbleness; comfortable with ambiguity and working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage cross-functional team, story tell through data, and keep partners informed.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop upstream supply strategies and activate inventory plans.
• Deliver the 3-year OB plan aligning merchant and sourcing strategies.
• Own collaborative supply planning with PIM, Sourcing, and vendors.
• Provide timely visibility into production status, milestones, lead times, and risks.
• Create and maintain KPIs measuring speed, flexibility, reliability and business impact.
• Contribute to scaling Global Supply Planning within Owned Brands.
