Job summary

Mindbody seeks an experienced Operations Tech PM to own network-wide technology rollouts and bridge business strategy with technical execution. You will manage CRM initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and foster strong vendor relationships in a franchise-minded fitness environment.

This senior role reports to the Operations leadership and focuses on scalable Mindbody configurations, enterprise features, and multi-site scheduling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, technical project management, or franchise tech systems, with at least 5 years in management or senior project ownership role.
• Deep, expert-level familiarity with Mindbody software configurations, enterprise features, and multi-site scheduling ecosystems.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing robust CRM ecosystems (workflows, funnels, automations) at scale.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects across multiple corporate departments.
• Deep understanding of the fitness and franchising industry is highly preferred.
