Job summary

FIT House of Brands seeks a Senior Manager to own and drive network-wide technology programs across its fitness portfolio. You will lead Mindbody configurations, CRM design, and system rollouts while guiding cross-functional teams and franchise partners to scale platforms that empower franchisees and support growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, technical project management, or franchise tech systems, with at least 5 years in management or senior project ownership role.
• Deep, expert-level familiarity with Mindbody software configurations, enterprise features, and multi-site scheduling ecosystems.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing robust CRM ecosystems (workflows, funnels, automations) at scale.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects across multiple corporate departments.
• Deep understanding of the fitness and franchising industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mindbody Specialist & System Maintenance: Maintain direct, primary responsibility for Mindbody testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• CRM Architecture & Implementation: Lead design, development, and rollout of CRM platform(s) tailored for each FIT House of Brands.
• Technology Evaluation, Workflows & Special Projects: Identify, evaluate, and implement technologies to optimize studio workflows and data integrity.
• Vendor Performance & Contract Management: Establish and implement a vendor performance framework and manage MSAs/SLAs and negotiated terms.
