Job summary

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise Technology Programs to lead our network-facing technology ecosystem and drive high-impact initiatives across Mindbody, CRM, and data reporting tools.

The role acts as the operational owner and architect behind network-wide technology rollouts, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technical execution across internal teams, franchise partners, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, technical project management, or franchise tech systems, with at least 5 years in management or senior project ownership role.
• Deep, expert-level familiarity with Mindbody software configurations, enterprise features, and multi-site scheduling ecosystems.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing robust CRM ecosystems (workflows, funnels, automations) at scale.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects across multiple corporate departments.
• Deep understanding of the fitness and franchising industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mindbody testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Hold internal and external parties accountable to technical deadlines and performance standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for Mindbody configurations and network support workflows.
• Maintain education support for Mindbody for franchisees and studio staff.
• Lead design, development, and rollout of CRM platforms for FIT House of Brands.
• Oversee CRM workflows, lead-generation integrations, and marketing automations.
• Coordinate beta tests and pilots for CRM features before deployment.
• Identify and implement secondary technologies to optimize studio workflows.
• Partner with Operations Executive Team on high-value initiatives.
• Manage tech vendor contracts and SLA compliance.
