Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy, part of BrightSpring Health Services, Inc., seeks a Director of Finance to lead FP&A activities, close processes, forecasting, and budgeting. The role partners with stakeholders to drive financial insights and optimize OpEx and working capital.

This position offers opportunities within a growing oncology pharmacy model serving physicians, patients, payers and manufacturers. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or related field, 6+ years

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• Desired: MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Analytics or similar role.
• Experience in FP&A and healthcare/pharmacy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including month-end close, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports for executives, board, and earnings releases.
• Collaborate with partners to provide insights and analytics for decision-making.
• Manage OpEx and headcount planning and prioritize financial decisions.
• Oversee working capital impact on A/R, A/P, and inventory; improve processes and tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and communicate findings to leadership.

Starting salary of $130k and up based on experience

Major Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:

• Lead a team in key FP&A activities, including month-end close, monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including reports for executive leadership, board review meetings, and earnings report preparation.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide financial insights, analytics support and assist with decision-making processes.
• Partner with key stakeholders to plan, forecast, and manage OpEx and headcount expenses and facilitate prioritization decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to manage working capital and the impact decisions have on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform ad-hoc, time-sensitive analysis and communicate takeaways to leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Position Qualifications for Director of Finance:

Education / Learning Experience

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or other related field.
• Desired: MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Work Experience

• Required: 6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Analytical, Business Intelligence or similar role. Previous experience in an FP&A function.
• Desired: Pharmacy and/or healthcare experience preferred.

Skills / Knowledge

• Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience working with large datasets and manipulating data to drive insights. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment. Strong business partnership skills with a desire to drive results.
• Desired: Deep understanding of working capital and cash impact of decisions. Experience querying databases (SQL/Access).
