Job summary

CG Oncology seeks a Senior program and portfolio management leader to oversee integrated clinical program portfolios for bladder cancer therapeutics. You will drive strategic plans across clinical, regulatory, CMC, safety, and commercial workstreams, translating strategy into executable plans.

You will lead matrixed teams to achieve milestones, manage budgets and resources, and support governance, inspection readiness, and health authority interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in life sciences or related field.
• 10–15+ years in biotech/pharma with clinical development and program management.
• Strong understanding of global regulatory pathways, GxP, and clinical deliverables.

Role

Senior program and portfolio management leader within the PMO at CG Oncology, overseeing the development and maintenance of integrated clinical program portfolios for bladder cancer therapeutics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in life sciences or related field;
• 10-15+ years in biotech/pharma with extensive experience in clinical development and program management, supporting registrational and late-phase programs;
• strong understanding of global regulatory pathways, GxP, and clinical trial deliverables.

Preferred

• demonstrated success in managing complex multi-year clinical portfolios, familiarity with bladder cancer development, and experience supporting global submissions.
