Job summary

Camunda is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with SLT and own P&Ls for corporate or GTM. You will build driver-based models, forecast, and provide insights to guide investments and headcount decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience with C-level partnerships.
• Experience in SaaS cost structures, including CoGS vs OpEx and gross margin drivers.
• Proven ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SLT to support hiring, investment prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Own end-to-end P&Ls, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and improve driver-based financial models and long-range planning.
• Lead planning cadences and integrate input into corporate forecasts.
• Manage and develop one Senior Financial Analyst, elevating analysis quality.
• Advance systems and automation including AI-augmented FP&A workflows.

You will own the overall or GTM P&Ls and build the driver-based models behind some of the most consequential questions in SaaS finance today: what is the right plan, where we should invest, and make course corrections. You will partner directly with our Senior Leadership Team on investment decisions, headcount, and unit economics, and manage and develop a Senior Financial Analyst.
