Qualifications

• 4+ years of people leadership experience managing technical delivery teams or professional services organisations.
• 5+ years hands-on experience as a technical solutions architect or data/AI engineer.
• Proven track record leading large-scale data platform migrations and AI/ML programs in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional performance targets including billable utilization, team growth, and hiring while championing delivery excellence and customer success across the FDE portfolio.
• Partner with Account Executives, Engagement Managers, and Field Engineering leaders to scope and deliver data migrations, AI/ML platforms, and analytics programs.
• Establish best practices for project oversight, risk management, and quality standards at scale.
• Synthesize field insights to inform Engineering and Product management and guide roadmaps.
• Serve as escalation point for high-stakes customer situations, protecting relationships and driving rapid resolution.
• Mentor Forward Deployed Engineers through career development and technical coaching.
