Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA.
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in financial reporting and technical accounting.
• Strong GAAP and technical research skills in a public company or Big 4 environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial reporting packages and SEC filings.
• Supervise Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and liaise with treasury, tax and shared services.
• Perform technical accounting research for significant transactions (equity/debt offerings, M&A, leases).
• Lead impairment analyses and complex accounting topics and ensure internal controls compliance.
