Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 8+ years of work experience with demonstrated progression.
• Public accounting experience within a Big 4 firm is required.
• Extensive experience in SEC financial reporting, accounting, and financial controls in a public company or public accounting firm.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical research skills for complex global contexts.
• Proficiency with Oracle and OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and annual close processes, calendar development, and cross‑functional coordination with global accounting teams.
• Manage accounting and internal controls for share-based compensation, bonuses, foreign currency, intercompany transactions, leases, derivatives, business combinations, and debt modifications.
• Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance to regional accounting, revenue, and shared services; liaise with external auditors on technical positions.
• Lead valuation efforts for goodwill impairment testing, M&A, share-based awards, and derivatives.
• Prepare quarterly and annual investor/lender reporting packages with cross‑functional input and MD&A considerations.
• Drive M&A accounting initiatives including due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration from an accounting standpoint.
