Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA with strong technical accounting depth and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience evaluating complex accounting matters and documenting conclusions.
• Public company, SEC or multi-entity reporting background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual external reporting, including footnotes and MD&A.
• Coordinate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal and Operations to align reporting packages.
• Manage external auditors and audit deliverables with clear documentation.
• Research and document complex accounting positions and liaise with stakeholders.
