Piper Sandler is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Systems in Minneapolis to lead external reporting, financial systems administration, and month-end processes. You will oversee SEC filings, MD&A, and XBRL while ensuring data integrity across ERP platforms.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting with a CPA and deep U.S. GAAP expertise. Collaboration with Investor Relations, FP&A, and Audit is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA license highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting process, including 10-K and 10-Q filings.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidation, and XBRL data.
• Manage external auditors and internal audit coordination.
• Administer financial systems and data integrity (Infor Lawson, Oracle Essbase).
• Partner with Investor Relations and FP&A on earnings releases and scripts.
