Piper Sandler in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting & Systems to lead the CFO reporting team and drive accurate, compliant financial processes. You will own the SEC reporting cycle (Forms 10-K/10-Q), consolidate monthly results, oversee financial systems administration (Infor Lawson, Oracle Essbase) and contribute to ERP system implementation planned by 2029.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or financial reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA license.
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC financial statement reporting and filing requirements.
Strong technical accounting expertise with demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for external reporting, financial systems administration, and month-end close.
Oversee SEC filings (Form 10-K, Form 10-Q) and MD&A commentary.
Manage broker-dealer and employee benefit plan financial statements and risk reports.
Partner with Investor Relations and FP&A on earnings releases and scripting.
Collaborate with auditors and Internal Audit on controls and issues.
